Eligibility and Timeframe
Our return policy is valid for 31 days from the date of purchase. After this period, refunds or exchanges cannot be offered.
Refund Policy
Refunds are available for new unused items as well as damaged or misprinted items.
If an item is damaged, do not open the package. Clearly mark it as “damaged” in red marker and return it to the specified address. Contact us with a photo of the damaged item.
Lost or Stolen Items
For lost or stolen canvases, please file a police report and provide us with a copy. We will promptly send a replacement.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
Refund Process
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within five business days of the receipt of your return and credited to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
Your credit card company or bank typically takes 5-10 business days to credit your account with the refund once we grant it. If you have not received your refund, first check your bank account and contact your credit card company as processing times may vary.

Sale and Custom Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale and custom items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
